Once upon a time, in a lush green jungle, there lived a little python named Pip. Pip was a gentle snake with beautiful patterns on his skin. He loved to slither through the grass and climb trees, but he felt lonely because he had no friends to play with.

One sunny morning, Pip decided to go on an adventure to find a friend. He slithered past the tall trees and colorful flowers until he reached a sparkling river. There, he saw a little monkey named Momo, who was trying to reach a banana high up in a tree.

“Hello!” said Pip. “Can I help you?” Momo looked at Pip and felt a little scared because Pip was a snake. But Pip smiled kindly and said, “Don’t worry, I’m friendly. I can use my long body to reach the banana for you.” Pip stretched himself up the tree and gently plucked the banana. Momo was delighted and thanked Pip. “You are very kind,” said Momo. “Would you like to play with me?” Pip’s eyes lit up with joy. “I would love to!”

They played hide and seek among the trees. Pip hid behind a big rock, but his tail was sticking out. Momo giggled and found him easily. Then it was Momo’s turn to hide. Pip looked everywhere but couldn’t find Momo until he heard a little giggle from above. Momo was hiding in the branches! They laughed and had so much fun.

As the sun began to set, Pip said, “I had a wonderful time today. Thank you for being my friend.” Momo hugged Pip’s neck and said, “Let’s meet again tomorrow.” Pip nodded happily and slithered home.

From that day on, Pip and Momo became the best of friends. They explored the jungle together, helped other animals, and shared many adventures. And Pip learned that friendship can be found in the most unexpected places.
