Once upon a time, in a small town nestled between rolling hills, there lived a kind mailman named Oliver. Every day, Oliver would deliver letters and packages to all the houses, but he had a special secret. At night, when the moon was full and bright, Oliver would put on his magical mailbag and set off on an extraordinary adventure. His mailbag was no ordinary bag; it could glow with a soft, golden light and whisper the names of children who needed a little magic in their dreams.

One evening, as the stars began to twinkle, Oliver received a letter from a little girl named Lily. She had written to ask for help because she was afraid of the dark and couldn’t sleep. Oliver knew just what to do. He packed his bag with a jar of stardust, a map of the dream world, and a tiny bell that rang with happy sounds. With a cheerful smile, he stepped outside and whispered to his mailbag, “Take me to Lily’s dreams.” The bag glowed brighter, and suddenly, Oliver felt himself floating up into the sky, riding on a beam of moonlight.

As he flew over the town, Oliver saw the world from above. The houses looked like tiny toys, and the rivers shimmered like silver ribbons. He passed by clouds that looked like fluffy sheep and waved to the moon, which smiled back at him. Soon, he arrived at Lily’s window. She was tucked in bed, but her eyes were wide open with fear. Oliver gently tapped on the glass and called out, “Hello, Lily! I’m here to deliver a special dream just for you.” Lily’s face lit up with curiosity as she opened the window.

Oliver stepped into her room and showed her the jar of stardust. “This stardust will make your dreams sparkle with light,” he explained. He sprinkled a little bit around her bed, and instantly, the room filled with a soft, comforting glow. Then, he rang the tiny bell, and it played a sweet melody that made Lily feel safe and happy. “Now, close your eyes,” Oliver said softly. “I’ll tell you a story about a brave little star who learned to shine even in the darkest night.” As he spoke, Lily’s fears melted away, and she drifted into a peaceful sleep, dreaming of friendly stars and magical journeys.

After making sure Lily was sound asleep, Oliver continued his moonlight journey. He visited other children who needed dreams filled with joy and courage. He delivered dreams of flying with dragons, exploring underwater castles, and dancing with fairies. Each time, his mailbag would glow and guide him to the next child, spreading happiness wherever he went. By the time the sun began to rise, Oliver had helped many children sleep soundly, and he felt proud of his important job.

The next morning, Oliver woke up in his own bed, feeling tired but very happy. He knew that being a mailman was more than just delivering letters; it was about bringing magic and comfort to others. From that day on, whenever the moon was full, Oliver would embark on his moonlight journey, always ready to help children dream wonderful dreams. And so, the magical mailman became a beloved hero in the town, reminding everyone that even the smallest acts of kindness can light up the world.
