Once upon a time, in a sparkling blue ocean, there lived a little seal named Sam. Sam was small and shy, and he often hid behind the big rocks when the other seals played. He dreamed of being brave and making friends, but he was afraid of the deep, dark water.

One sunny morning, Sam’s mother said, “Sam, it’s time to learn to dive. The ocean is full of wonders, and you must explore it.” Sam looked at the waves and shivered. But his mother nudged him gently, and he took a deep breath and slid into the water.

At first, Sam stayed near the shore. He saw colorful fish darting around and felt the seaweed tickle his belly. He started to relax. Suddenly, he heard a tiny cry. A little seahorse was caught in a tangle of fishing net. “Help!” it whispered.

Using his strong nose, he gently pushed the net aside until the seahorse was free. “Thank you, brave seal!” said the seahorse, and it zipped away.

Feeling proud, Sam continued swimming. He met a group of playful dolphins who invited him to join their game. They leaped and splashed, and Sam laughed for the first time. They raced through the coral reefs, and Sam discovered he was a fast swimmer. “You’re fun!” said the dolphins.
