In a magical forest where the trees whispered secrets and the flowers sang lullabies, lived a gentle rhinoceros named Rolly. Rolly was not like other rhinos; he had a special horn that shimmered with all the colors of the rainbow. Every night, he would use his horn to paint the sky with dreams for the sleeping animals. But one evening, as Rolly was about to start his work, he noticed that the rainbow in the sky was fading. Along the way, he met a little rabbit named Rosie who was crying because she couldn’t find her way home in the dark. Rolly used his glowing horn to light the path and helped Rosie get back to her burrow. Grateful, Rosie joined Rolly on his quest, hopping beside him with excitement.
Next, they encountered a wise old owl named Oliver perched high in a tree. Oliver told them that the colors were stolen by a mischievous cloud who thought they were too bright. The cloud had hidden them in a cave at the top of the highest mountain. Rolly and Rosie knew it would be a tough journey, but they were determined. They climbed steep hills and crossed babbling brooks, encouraging each other with songs and stories. Rolly’s strong legs carried them through rough patches, while Rosie’s quick eyes spotted safe paths.
When they reached the mountain, they found the cave guarded by the playful cloud. Rolly approached kindly and said, “Dear cloud, the rainbow colors bring joy to everyone. Please give them back so the forest can be happy again.” The cloud, seeing how sincere Rolly was, felt a little ashamed. It agreed to return the colors but only if Rolly could solve a riddle. The cloud asked, “What is something that is always with you but you can never hold?” Rolly thought hard and then smiled. “It’s a shadow!” he exclaimed. Impressed, the cloud released the colors, and they floated back into the sky.
As the rainbow reappeared, brighter and more beautiful than ever, the forest filled with cheers. Rolly, Rosie, and Oliver watched in awe. That night, Rolly used his horn to paint the most wonderful dreams for all the animals, filled with adventures and friendships. From then on, everyone in the forest remembered that kindness and teamwork can solve any problem. Rolly learned that even the biggest challenges can be overcome with a little help from friends, and he slept peacefully, knowing he had made the world a better place.
