Once upon a time, in a cozy coral reef under the deep blue sea, there lived a little lobster named Larry. Larry was not like the other lobsters. While they were busy pinching and playing, Larry loved to look up at the surface of the water, dreaming of the world above. He had heard stories from the wise old turtle about the land where the sun shone brightly and creatures walked on two legs. Every night, before he went to sleep, Larry would whisper to himself, “I wish I could see that world one day.”

As he swam through the colorful reef, he met his friend Sammy the Starfish. “Where are you going, Larry?” asked Sammy. “I’m going to see the world above the water!” Larry replied excitedly. Sammy shook his arms. “But it’s dangerous up there! You might get caught or lost!” But Larry was determined. “I have to try,” he said bravely.
Larry swam on, passing schools of glittering fish and dancing sea anemones. He felt a little scared but kept going, remembering his dream. Soon, he reached the edge of the reef where the water became shallow. He could see the sunlight filtering down, making everything sparkle. Taking a deep breath, Larry slowly climbed onto a rock near the surface. Peeking above the water, he saw something amazing: a sandy beach with children building castles and laughing. It was even more wonderful than he had imagined!
As Larry watched, he noticed a little girl sitting alone, looking sad. She had dropped her favorite shell into the water. Without thinking, Larry used his strong claws to carefully lift the shell and bring it back to her. The girl’s eyes widened in surprise and joy. “Thank you, little lobster!” she said with a smile. Larry felt happy and proud. He had helped someone, and in that moment, he realized that dreams are not just about seeing new places but about making connections and being kind.
After a while, Larry knew it was time to return home. He waved goodbye to the girl and slipped back into the water. Swimming down, he felt a warm glow in his heart. When he arrived back at the reef, all his friends gathered around, eager to hear about his adventure. Larry told them everything, and they listened with wide eyes. From that day on, Larry was known as the bravest lobster in the sea, and he often shared his story to inspire others to follow their dreams, no matter how big or small.
That night, as Larry curled up in his little cave, he felt content. He had seen the world above, made a new friend, and learned that courage and kindness can make dreams come true.
