In a cozy corner of the big green forest, where the leaves were always damp and the moss felt like a soft carpet, lived a little rain frog named Ribbit. Ribbit was no ordinary frog. He had big, shiny eyes the color of the night sky, and his skin was speckled with tiny silver dots that sparkled when the moonlight touched them. Every evening, Ribbit would climb to the top of a fern and gaze up at the stars. “Oh, how I wish I could bounce among the stars!” he would sigh. “They look like tiny, twinkling trampolines just waiting for a frog to jump on.”

One night, as Ribbit was practicing his highest jumps, a gentle breeze whispered through the trees. “Ribbit,” the breeze seemed to say, “if you truly believe, your wish might just come true.” Ribbit blinked his big eyes. “Really?” he croaked. “But how? I’m just a little frog.” The breeze swirled around him, lifting a tiny, glowing dandelion seed into the air. “Follow the seed,” it whispered. “It knows the way to the Starry Trampoline.”

Ribbit didn’t hesitate. He took a deep breath, crouched low, and with a mighty spring, he leaped after the floating seed. Up and up he went, higher than he had ever jumped before. He passed the tallest trees, then the fluffy clouds, and finally, he landed on something soft and bouncy. It was a star! The star giggled, “Welcome, little frog! You’ve found the Starry Trampoline. Would you like to bounce?” Ribbit’s heart swelled with joy. “Yes, please!” he shouted.

He bounced from star to star, each one more bouncy than the last. He met a sleepy moon who yawned, “Hop on my crescent, little one.” Ribbit hopped onto the moon’s curve and slid down like a slide, laughing all the way. He met a comet with a long, sparkly tail who offered him a ride. “Hold on tight!” the comet said, and they zoomed across the sky, leaving a trail of stardust behind them.

But soon, Ribbit began to miss his cozy home in the forest. He missed the damp moss and the gentle croaks of his family. “I think it’s time for me to go back,” he said softly. The stars twinkled kindly. “We understand,” they said. “But remember, whenever you wish to bounce among us, just look up and believe.” The same dandelion seed appeared, and Ribbit followed it back down to the forest.

When he landed on his favorite lily pad, his family and friends gathered around. “Where have you been?” they asked. Ribbit smiled, his eyes sparkling like the stars he had visited. “I’ve been bouncing on the stars!” he said. “And I learned that no dream is too big if you have the courage to jump.” From that night on, Ribbit never stopped dreaming, and every time he looked at the stars, he knew that magic was just a hop away.
